THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA at Her Majesty’s Theatre has announced a booking extension until Saturday 30 September 2023 and released new production photos.

THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA celebrated its 35th Anniversary at Her Majesty’s Theatre on Monday 11 October with guests in attendance including Boy George, Max Whitlock, Dr. Ranj, The Vivienne, Melanie Blatt, Chris Moyles, Amy Hart, Jeremy Vine and Matt Richardson.

Andrew Lloyd Webber and Cameron Mackintosh have released the first set of images from rehearsals for the brilliant original production of The Phantom of the Opera which comes to Birmingham Hippodrome from 29 July – 12 September 2020.

The world's most spectacular musical, The Phantom of the Opera, celebrated tickets going on-sale for its Middle Eastern debut by lighting up the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa. For just 120 seconds, fans got a taste of what is to come on 16th October 2019 with a bespoke audio-visual show that illuminated the Dubai sky.

Now playing at the Bass Concert Hall through April 30th, is the 1986 classic Phantom of the Opera. This Andrew Lloyd Webber musical, still running on Broadway as the longest running show in Broadway's history, has you humming as you leave the theater. Although many people criticize Andrew Lloyd Webber for his repetitive melodies, it is the magic of his music that will keep you singing a song or two and memorably reliving his orchestrations.

Ben Forster will play the role of 'The Phantom' in THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA from Monday 1 February 2016. Ben is probably best known for winning the ITV1 show, 'Superstar' - Andrew Lloyd Webber's TV talent search for 'Jesus' in "Jesus Christ Superstar". His other theatre credits include 'Magaldi' in "Evita" at the Dominion Theatre. Ben joins "THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA" following his appearance as 'Buddy' in "Elf The Musical" also at the Dominion Theatre.

THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA currently stars John Owen Jones as 'The Phantom', who has played the role more times than any other actor in the West End production's history; Celinde Schoemaker as 'Christine Daae', Nadim Naaman as 'Raoul, Michael Matus as 'Monsieur Firmin' and Christopher Dickins as 'Monsieur Andre'. Company members from the West End production of Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber's 'The Phantom Of the Opera', have raised almost £12,000 for MacMillan Cancer Care by cycling more than 385km - in between shows - from central London all the way to the steps of the Paris Opera House (where the Phantom's story is set) in just 28 hours. The longest-running show in Broadway history, Andrew Lloyd Webber's THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA, directed by Harold Prince and produced by Cameron Mackintosh and The Really Useful Company, Inc., will welcome Broadway and West End star Sierra Boggess to the New York cast this month for a limited engagement as leading lady Christine Daaé. Ms. Boggess, whose long history with the musical began when she originated the role in the revised Las Vegas production in 2006, has been specifically chosen by the creative team to join the cast in time for the production becoming the first Broadway show ever to celebrate 25 Years. Principal cast changes have been announced for the Broadway production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA, the longest-running show in Broadway history. Produced by Cameron Mackintosh/Really Useful Group, Inc. and directed by Harold Prince, the musical phenomenon is in its unprecedented 24th year in New York, playing at The Majestic Theatre (247 West 44th Street). National Tour star Trista Moldovan makes her Broadway debut when she assumes the leading role of Christine Daaé beginning Friday, December 9.
