War Paint Photos - Broadway

The Dramatists Guild Foundation celebrated the work of musical writing team Scott Frankel, Michael Korie, and Doug Wright at a salon co hosted by the CORE Club on Monday, September 25. The trio spoke about the creation of their musical War Paint in a panel discussion led by Vanity Fair special correspondent, Amy Fine Collins.

Sing For Your Seniors brought cast members of Broadway hit 'War Paint' to perform for senior members of the LGBT community in SAGE's midtown headquarters on August 10th. They sang numbers from their show and some of their favorite Broadway standards for their enthusiastic audience.

Ghostlight Records celebrated the Original Broadway Cast Recording of the new musical WAR PAINT - starring two-time Tony Award winners Patti LuPone and Christine Ebersole - with a special in-store event at Barnes & Noble on Friday, July 14 at 2:30 PM. WAR PAINT, currently running at the Nederlander Theatre (208 West 41st Street), played a sold-out run in Chicago last summer where it became the most successful show in Goodman Theatre's history. War Paint was nominated for four 2017 Tony Awards, including 'Best Actress in a Musical' for both of the leading ladies. Now the show is celebrating 100 performances on Broadway and BroadwayWorld was on hand for a special toast with the cast!

As BroadwayWorld previously reported, Ghostlight Records will soon release the original cast album of the new musical, War Paint, starring two-time Tony Award winners Patti LuPone and Christine Ebersole.
