Between May 2016 and October 2020, Adam was the Executive Vice President and Group Board Director of the Ambassador Theatre Group, during which time he focused on growth, acquisitions and partnership development. ATG programmes and operates 50 venues in the UK, US and Germany.
Adam began his career at Bill Kenwright Limited where between 1989 and 1993, he performed various roles culminating in a position of Associate Producer.

Born in 1945 in Lakewood, New Jersey, Roth grew up in a family that was deeply involved in the arts.
