On Monday, April 29, 2019 ArtsConnection's Spring 2019 Benefit will celebrate the Art2Art: Dear Evan Hansen partnership at the IAC Building in Chelsea. The evening will be hosted by MSNBC journalist Nicolle Wallace and include a special performance by the Dear Evan Hansen cast. The event will be styled by acclaimed event designer and ArtsConnection Board Member David Monn.

The 2019-20 Sabates Eye Centers Kansas City Broadway Series is proud to announce the 2019-20 Kansas City Broadway Series, presented by Broadway Across America and The American Theatre Guild at the Music Hall and Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts.  Joining previously announced DEAR EVAN HANSEN and Disney's ALADDIN are COME FROM AWAY, MISS SAIGON, CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY and FIDDLER ON THE ROOF. Ron Legler, President of the France-Merrick Performing Arts Center, home of the Hippodrome Theatre, has announced the lineup for the new 2019/20 CareFirst® BlueCross BlueShield Hippodrome Broadway Series. The season is anchored by the 2017 and 2018 Tony Award®-winners for "Best Musical" DEAR EVAN HANSEN and THE BAND'S VISIT. Several classic fan favorites will return including season options WICKED and THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA, as well as CATS and JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR.

The Tony Award-winning Best Musical DEAR EVAN HANSEN has joined the BroadwayCon 2019 lineup. As part of the Spotlight series, the panel will feature Taylor Trensch (the current Evan Hansen), Michael Lee Brown (Alternate Evan Hansen; u/s Connor Murphy, Jared Kleinman), and Andrew Barth Feldman (Evan Hansen, starting January 30) in conversation on Saturday, January 12 at 11:15 a.m.

Baz Bamigboye of The Daily Mail has just revealed that the Tony Award-winning best musical, Dear Evan Hansen, will make its West End debut at the Noel Coward Theatre in November 2019!

Broadway In Boston, Boston's mainstage for Broadway, has unveiled the upcoming 2018-2019 Lexus Broadway Season during its annual spring announcement event at the Boston Opera House.  Eleven theatrical productions will take center stage at the Boston Opera House and the Emerson Colonial Theatre.  Over 1500 people from around the city gathered for the annual celebration including Broadway In Boston's Season ticket holders, group leaders, arts and business leaders, city officials, partners from around the city, sponsors and the Boston media.  Highlights from the day included live performances from cast members of DEAR EVAN HANSEN, ROALD DAHL'S CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY, SCHOOL OF ROCK and A BRONX TALE.  

Does anybody have a map... to Canada? Producer Stacey Mindich just announced that she will partner with Canadian producer David Mirvish to present the first international production of the Tony & Grammy Award-winning musical Dear Evan Hansen, which will play Toronto's Royal Alexandra Theatre beginning in March 2019. The original Broadway production team - including Tony, Grammy, and Academy Award winners Benj Pasek and Justin Paul (Music & Lyrics), Tony Award-winner Steven Levenson (Book), and four-time Tony Award nominee Michael Greif (Direction) - will reunite to launch this production.

Durham Performing Arts Center has announced its upcoming Broadway season, according to WRAL.com. The season has been dubbed 'New York, New York' because all eight shows are currently or were recently on Broadway, including smash hit Hamilton and Dear Evan Hansen.
