Roundabout Announces Kate Burton in The Constant Wife

Roundabout Theatre Company (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director) will present Kate Burton as 'Constance Middleton' in the new Broadway production of W. Somerset Maugham social comedy The Constant Wife, directed by Mark Brokaw at the American Airlines Theatre (227 West 42nd Street). Previews begin on Friday, May 27th, 2005 and opens officially on Thursday, June 16th, 2005. This is a limited engagement through August 7th, 2005.

Marymount Manhattan Theatre Arts Department (Judson R. Shaver, Ph.D, President) ) to celebrate its 30th Anniversary of the Theresa Lang Theatre with the Theatre Production Workshop presentation of the Sondheim and Lapine musical Into the Woods directed by Michael Montel, followed by a champagne reception and live auction. The benefit will take place on Friday, March 11, 2005 at 7:30PM in the Theresa Lang Theatre (221 East 71st Street).

MCC THEATER (Robert LuPone, Bernard Telsey, Artistic Directors; William Cantler, Associate Artistic Director, John G. Schultz, Executive Director), is proud to announce its third production of the 2004-2005 season: WHAT OF THE NIGHT, an American premiere based on the writings of Djuna Barnes, created for the stage by Jane Alexander, Noreen Tomassi, Birgitta Trommler, directed and choreographed by Ms. Trommler, and starring Ms. Alexander (The Great White Hope; Kramer vs. Kramer; Testament; The Sisters Rosenzweig). The production marks Trommler's New York directorial debut.
