In the summer of 2016 Les Claypool and Sean Lennon formed The Claypool Lennon Delirium and combined their imaginative, psychedelic powers to release their debut album The Monolith of Phobos. A year later they have returned with Lime and Limpid Green, a covers EP of the music that has inspired their own wild and twisted tunes, out today.

After a successful summer tour pairing Primus with Ghost of a Saber Tooth Tiger, Les Claypool and Sean Lennon have decided to combine their abstract talents into a project called The Claypool Lennon Delirium. Their efforts thus far have spawned the upcoming, full-length release called 'Monolith of Phobos.'

Now, over 40 years later, Yoko Ono: One Woman Show, 1960-1971 surveys the decisive decade that led up to that unauthorized exhibition at MoMA, bringing together approximately 125 of her early objects, works on paper, installations, performances, audio recordings, and films, alongside rarely seen archival materials. On view from May 17 to September 7, 2015, this is the first exhibition at MoMA dedicated exclusively to the artist's work.

In the name of full disclosure, I will admit to having no idea what to expect upon arriving at Providence Performing Arts Center on Saturday night for Beck's one-night-only appearance. Beck's songs had certainly been part of the soundtrack of my early college years, back in the mid-to-late 1990s. Since, the, though, I truthfully had no idea what he had been up to. As it turns out, he's spent the better part of twenty years honing and fine tuning his skills as a singer, musician and all around entertainer, skills which he brought out in full force in front of the large and enthusiastic Providence crowd.
