A 2,377-seat, multipurpose concert facility, Whitney Hall can accommodate everything from the most elaborate touring Broadway extravaganzas to the more modest requirements of a chamber music ensemble.
Named for the eminent former conductor of the Louisville Orchestra, this theater has exemplary acoustics, comfortable seats and generally uninterrupted sight lines to ensure that every patron enjoys their theatrical experience to the fullest. Local arts organizations currently utilizing Whitney Hall include PNC Broadway in Louisville, Louisville Ballet, Louisville Orchestra, and our Kentucky Performing Arts Presents programming.
Robert S. Whitney Hall is a union-house, has an extensive technical inventory, and a three-tiered rate schedule, not inclusive of theater services such as ticketing and house management.
