TV: WICKED Honors 5 Millionth Audience Member!
Broadway's current Elphaba (Mandy Gonzalez), Glinda (Katie Rose Clarke) and the cast of WICKED surprised the 5 millionth Broadway audience member at the smash-hit musical on September 29. The winner was surprised during the matinee curtain call and presented with the Key to the Emerald City in addition to additional prizes. TV: WICKED Plays Bway in Bryant Park!
The best of Broadway is being presented free on six consecutive Thursdays this summer with '106.7 Lite fm Presents Broadway in Bryant Park 2010' - a lunchtime series which began on Thursday, July 8th at 12:30pm on the Bryant Park Stage. Sponsored by Bank of America, and JCPenney 33rd & 6th, and hosted by Lite fm's on-air personalities, the tenth annual presentation of open-air, On- and Off- Broadway lunch hour performances runs through August 12th.

STAGE TUBE: Kanye Samples WICKED!
Kanye West appears to be sampling a bit of WICKED on his new album 'Good Ass Job,' set for release this September. TV: WICKED's 5th The Empire State Building Glows Green!
Composer/lyricist Stephen Schwartz and Kerry Ellis, current star of the Broadway smash WICKED, in full costume as the show's green heroine, Elphaba, The Wicked Witch of The West, lit the Empire State Building green on Monday, October 27th. The building glowed WICKED green from dusk to midnight on Monday in honor of WICKED's 5th Anniversary Celebration.
