NBC's 'TODAY' welcomed the legendary Liza Minnelli and the cast of the landmark film Cabaret on this morning's show. 'They sent us to Germany to make this extraordinary film,' explained the Academy Award winning actress. 'And I could hear people whispering, 'How are we going to advertise it?
