Scott Speedman, Mireille Enos Sign on for QUEEN OF THE NIGHT with Ryan Reynolds

According to The Hollywood Reporter, SCOTT SPEEDMAN and Mireille Enos have signed on to join Ryan Reynolds in the upcoming thriller QUEEN OF THE NIGHT from Canadian director Atom Egoyan. Egoyan will produce along with Simone Urdl, Jennifer Weiss and Stephen Traynor.

The film is based on the screenplay co-written by Egoyan and David Fraser. Reynolds will portray the father of an abducted child, who follows a series of clues that causes him to believe his daughterm ay still be alive. Filming is set to beging shooting in February 2013 in southern Ontario.

Enos (DEVIL'S KNOT) will portray Reynold's wife in the film, who develops a close-relationship with the officers in the local police department who search for her daughter.

Speedman will portray the cop who heads up the investigation into the abduction. He can currently be seen in ABC's LAST RESORT, and will appear next in the feature film BAREFOOT.
