ComingSoon.net has revealed a new clip from FREELOADERS, coming to theaters in January. The comedy stars Olivia Munn, Dave Foley, Jane Seymour, Nat Faxon, Denise Richards, Zoe Boyle, Clifton Collins Jr., Kevin Sussman, Warren Hutchinson and Brit Morgan. Get a first look below!

FREELOADERS tells the story of "a group of slackers living for free in a rock star's mansion suddenly find their lives on easy street threatened when the musician decides to sell his pad. To stop the sale, the gang comes up with a series of ludicrous and hilarious schemes to insure the house never sells."

In 2012, Munn starred in the comedy The Babymakers and Magic Mike, opposite Channing Tatum and Matthew McConaughey. She is a series regular on Aaron Sorkin's HBO series The Newsroom, as the character Sloan Sabbith, the network's financial news reporter.
