Tilda Swinton, John Hurt to Join Cast of ONLY LOVERS LEFT ALIVE

According to The Hollywood Reporter, actors Tilda Swinton and John Hurt will join the upcoming vampire film ONLY LOVERS LEFT ALIVE, directed by Jim Jarmusch. They will join previously announced cast members Tom Hiddleston and Mia Wasikowska. Shooting on the film is set to begin in Germany later this year.  

The horror drama is described as "as an unusual love story between two vampires who have been in love for centuries." Jarmusch will also produce the film along with Pandora films. The project was recently given $1.45 million in production financing from the state film subsidy organization Filmstifftung NRW. 

Actor John Hurt can currently be seen in Tinker Tailor Solider Spy while actress Mia Wasikowska is currently starring in Albert Nobbs. Actor Tom Hiddleston is starring in Steven Spielberg's film version of 'War Horse' and Tilda Swinton currently stars in 'We Need to Talk About Kevin'.
