According to Deadline.com, Paramount Pictures has moved the release date for The Guilt Trip up to December 19, 2012. It was originally slated to premiere on December 25.
Directed by Anne Fletcher, the film follows an inventor (Rogen) who invites his mother (Streisand) on a cross-country trip as he tries to sell his new product while also reuniting her with a lost love.
Streisand's stage credits include West End and Broadway productions of Funny Girl, Broadway's I Can Get it For You Wholesale, and Off-Broadway's Another Evening with Harry Stoones. She is also well known for her performance as Dolly in the movie version of Hello Dolly.
