Studio 11 Films has had a historic year with the launch of The 11Eleven11 Project™, the prestigious groundbreaking and revolutionary filmmaker's program for aspiring and emergent writers, directors and producers. The ambitious and aggressive training program ended its first season by successfully completing the 11 Short Films it promised under at times adverse conditions. But all they will remember is the sweet taste of victory, because all 11 films were shot, edited, scored, and now ready for screening at the 3rd Annual Bronze Lens Film Festival in Atlanta, GA.

On November 11, 2012 beginning at 11am, the screening of the 11 Films will be open to the public at Georgia Public Broadcasting, located at 260 14th Street, NW, Atlanta, GA. Immediately after the screening, Studio 11 Films’ will host its’ "Premiere Party" flanked with media, celebrities and guest who will have an opportunity to meet and greet the filmmakers’ and their cast. At what is expected to be a star-studded red carpet event, many of the celebrity mentors and sponsors will be available to support the films and filmmakers they are honored to have worked with.

Celebrity mentors LisaRaye McCoy and Carl Payne will debut their directorial skills on films like The Promise and Rhythm at the festival. Like McCoy and Payne, other mentors Miguel A. Nunez, Jr., Rockmond Dunbar, Terri J. Vaughn, Leon, Tatyana Ali, Christopher Pearman and Tommy Ford, along with sponsors like Rolling Out Magazine, The Bassmint, Premiere South Medical and Subway were instrumental in the success of the project. The second season of the The 11Eleven11 Project™ will begin in January 2013 and is expected to be an even more exciting year for the sophomore class with some new elements to the program. The participants will be taking on the challenge of producing an 11 episodic television series during a more extensive training period. In addition to the 11 Directors, 11 Producers and 11 Writers, The 11Eleven11 Project™ will add 11 Editors for the upcoming season, as well as incorporate The 11 Players: An Actor’s Collective initiative, Studio 11 Films’ newest project. These collaborative groups will join forces to create a creative explosion that will be so dynamic, the program will be known and respected in the film industry all over the world. The project drew major attention locally, nationally and internationally in 2012 and is poised to supersede its expectations in 2013.
