Sony Pictures has announced a sneak peek screening of its highly anticipated upcoming film THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN. The screenings will take place in major cities around the world on Monday, Feburary 6th. According to the announcement, participating cities will include Berlin, London, Los Angeles, Madrid, Mexico City, Moscow, New York City, Paris, Rio de Janeiro, Rome, Seoul, Sydney and Tokyo.

To promote the upcoming event, Sony projected the new Amazing Spider-Man logo on walls in the participating cities, with information directing the public to the site.
THE AMAZING SPIDER MAN will be released in theaters on July 3, 2012. The action adventure film is directed by Marc Webb and stars Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Meagan Good, Embeth Davidtz, Rhys Ifans, Chris Zylka, Martin Sheen, C. Thomas Howell, Irrfan Khan, Sally Field, Denis Leary, Campbell Scott, Hannah Marks, Stan Lee, Annie Parisse, Michael Massee, Vanessa Lee Chester, Miles Elliot, Kari Coleman, Barbara Eve Harris, Charlie DePew, Leif Gantvoort, Jacob Rodier and Jake Keiffer.
The film tells the story of Peter Parker who, like most teenagers his age, is trying to figure out who he is and how he got to be the person he is today. In his journey to put the pieces of his past together he uncovers a secret that his father held...a secret that will ultimately shape his destiny as Spider-Man. This is the first in a series of movies that tells a different side of the Peter Parker story.
