SUBURGATORY's JANE LEVY has officially landed the lead role in the upcoming psychological horror flick, IN A DARK PLACE, The Hollywood Reporter has announced.

The film comes from Gold Circle with Bharat Nalluri directing Stacey Menear's script. with Roy Lee producing. Paul Brooks, Roy Lee and Jim Weddaa are set to produce the film, with Scott Niemeyer and John Middleton serving as executive producers.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, IN A DARK PLACE follows "a young American woman who moves to England to become a governess of a porcelain doll, which the family treats as its own son. When the family leaves for a holiday, the woman begins to think the doll is haunted and may be alive."
