STAGE TUBE: First Look - Trailer for HBO Hitchcock Drama THE GIRL

HBO has released a trailer for its upcoming drama, THE GIRL. The film, helmed by Julian Jarrold (Becoming Jane, Kinky Boots), follows the working relationship between legendary English director Alfred Hitchcock and American fashion model turned actress Tippi Hedren , who's probably best known for starring in Hitchcock's classics "The Birds" and "Marnie." While the film was penned by Gwyneth Hughes, it was reported that much of the story is based on Hedren's own testimony. She claims that the director was deeply infatuated with her, and his unhealthy obsession caused a horrible working experience which ultimately killed her film career. Sienna Miller portrays Hedren in the new drama and actor Toby Jones takes on the role of the famed Hollywood director. 

THE GIRL is set to debut on HBO on October 20th.
