Photo Flash: Stone, Garfield in Mid-Air SPIDER MAN Stunt

A new picture from the set of the highly-anticipated film THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN has been revealed by Entertainment Weekly. The image shows Andrew Garfield in character as Peter Parker/Spider-Man, with Emma Stone at his side as Gwen Stacy. The duo can be seen in a mid-air kiss during a wire stunt. Check it out below!

THE AMAZING SPIDER MAN will be released in theaters on July 3, 2012. The action adventure film is directed by Marc Webb and stars Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Meagan Good, Embeth Davidtz, Rhys Ifans, Chris Zylka, Martin Sheen, C. Thomas Howell, Irrfan Khan, Sally Field, Denis Leary, Campbell Scott, Hannah Marks, Stan Lee, Annie Parisse, Michael Massee, Vanessa Lee Chester, Miles Elliot, Kari Coleman, Barbara Eve Harris, Charlie DePew, Leif Gantvoort, Jacob Rodier and Jake Keiffer.

The film tells the story of Peter Parker who, like most teenagers his age, is trying to figure out who he is and how he got to be the person he is today. In his journey to put the pieces of his past together he uncovers a secret that his father held...a secret that will ultimately shape his destiny as Spider-Man.
