Photo Flash: COSMOPOLIS' Robert Pattinson, David Cronenberg et al. at 65th Cannes Film Festival

Cast members from David Cronenberg's new film Cosmopolis appeared at the project's 65th Cannes Film Festival photocall on May 25, 2012, then later walked the red carpet for the movie's premiere. The thriller stars Robert Pattinson, a 28-year-old billionaire asset manager who while riding across Manhattan in a limo to get a haircut, runs into a cast of characters that begin to turn his world upside down. Pattinson and his fellow stars Sarah Gadon, Emily Hampshire, Paul Giamatti and Juliette Binoche are pictured below with Cronenberg!

The film, which just premiered at Cannes, also stars Samantha Morton and Jay Baruchel and features Kevin Durand, Mathieu Amalric, Patricia McKenzie, Anna Hardwick, George Touliatos, and more.

Cronenberg wrote the screenplay based on a novel by Don DeLillo. Colin Farrell was originally cast in the lead role but dropped out due to scheduling conflicts with his movie Total Recall, leaving Pattinson to step in.
