Lindsay Lohan Joins Cast of THE CANYONS

EWOnline reports that Lindsay Lohan has just signed on to join the cast of the upcoming film THE CANYONS. The actress will join previously announced cast member James Deen, an actor best known for his work in pornographic films. The film will be directed by Paul Schraeder. 

A rep for Lohan confirmed that filming on the project got underway last week, commenting, “She is extremely excited to be working with Paul Schrader." THE CANYONS is described as a “contemporary thriller that documents five twenty-somethings’ quest for power, love, sex and success in 2012 Hollywood.”

Lohan recently had a guest spot on the third season of FOX's GLEE. She recently hosted Saturday Night Live and just wrapped filming on the Lifetime Original Movie 'Liz & Dick' in which she portrayed screen legend Elizabeth Taylor.
