Despite previous reports that Hayley Atwell would not be appearing in the upcoming CAPTAIN AMERICA sequel, that's no longer the case.
In an interview with Collider, Atwell's CAPTAIN AMERICA co-star Stanley Tucci confirmed she would be back for CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLIDER for a brief cameo.
When asked if he would be returning for the second outing, he replied: "No, they haven't, unfortunately. I'm really sad. I know that Hayley is going back to do a flashback scene, but I have not been asked."
As of now, Atwell herself has not confirmed the news.
