Felicity Jones to Join Eddie Redmayne as Stephen Hawking's Wife in THEORY OF EVERYTHING?

Deadline is reporting that FeliciTy Jones will star alongside Eddie Redmayne in THEORY OF EVERYTHING, directed by James Marsh with a script by Anthony McCarten for Working Title. Redmayne will play Stephen Hawking, with Jones joining him as Hawking's wife, Jane.

Hawking met his wife at Cambridge, where she was an art student, before receiving his ALS diagnosis. The film will follow the renowned theoretical physicist and author's relationship with his wife following what both thought would be a death sentence.

The movie is aiming to begin production early this fall.

Jones' next projects include The Invisible Woman, True Story, and The Amazing Spider-Man 2. She appeared on Broadway in Metamorphoses in 2002.
