According to the Hollywood Reporter, Damian Lewis, Natascha McElhone, Stellan Skarsgard, Tomas Arana, and Laura Morante have joined the cast of the upcomig remake of Shakespeare's Romeo & Juliet. They will play Lord Capulet, Lady Capulet, the Prince of Verona, Lord Mantague, and Lady Montague respectively.
They join previously announced Hailee Steinfeld and Douglas Booth in the title roles.
Carlo Carlie will direct the $15 million verison of the Shakespearean classic. The movie will be produced by Garbiele Muccino, Ileen Maisel and Mark Ordesky. Production recently began in Italy.
