Colin Firth to Play Noel Coward in MAD DOGS AND ENGLISHMEN

According to news released by The Hollywood Reporter, Colin Firth (The King's Speech) is set to star as Noel Coward in the upcoming film Mad Dogs and Englishmen.

The dramedy is about the fortnight British playwright, director and actor Coward performed at The Desert Inn in Las Vegas in 1955, and is being written by Willy Holtzman. A director has not been chosen.

This project will be produced by Gene Kirkwood and Ross Elliot for BiteSize Production Company, introduced at this year's Cannes festival.
