Last seen in a fan-favorite turn as 'Frankenstein's Monster' in the hit ABC fantasy drama "Once Upon a Time," Collins' busy 2012 also included a recurring guest star role in ABC's "Last Resort" and guest-starring roles in the premiere of TNT's new spinoff "Major Crimes" as well as in "2 Broke Girls" and "Ringer." Collins' other credits include "NCIS," "CSI: Miami," "Enlightened," "90210," and "CSI: NY" as well as lead roles in LAKE PLACID 2 and the SyFy original movie "Rock Monster."
A self-described "accidental actor," Collins worked in the entertainment industry doing personal publicity when a renowned manager/producer suggested that he give the craft a try. With zero experience and feeling on the fence about taking a class, it was his fierce love of the epic HBO miniseries "Band of Brothers" that he was then engrossed with that swayed him to give it a go, in hopes of maybe one day getting to play such a role. Class soon opened his eyes to the idea of playing pretend for a living full-time, and Collins has since Gone on to star as a Joe/grunt/Seaman/sniper/Petty Officer/Staff Sergeant - among other ranks - across several television shows and films.
Born and raised in a small country town with a hard-to-pronounce name (Canajoharie) in upstate New York, Collins attended Ithaca College and currently lives in Burbank, California.
