Liv Tyler, Matt Bomer Wrap Secret Film, SPACE STATION 76

Liv Tyler, Matt Bomer, and Patrick Wilson have completed production on SPACE STATION 76, a sci-fi dramatic comedy - without alterting a single member of the media. Jack Plotnick wrote and directed the movie. 

The film is described as a "1970s version of the future," the film follows the lives of those on a space station - including Bomer, a tech with a robot hand, as well as Wilson, the semi-suicidal captain.

"People think that the 1970s were about the discos and the free love, but in the suburbs you were left feeling, ‘Where’s the party?’ " Plotnick told The Hollywood Reporter. "So the emotional story is what I felt in the '70s. My parents weren’t happy together and they stuck it out for the kids. It’s an homage to them. And in one way, I think we’re like these solitary ships in space trying to connect.”

The film was shot in only 20 days, and filtered from actor to actor from mutual friends in order to maintain the secrecy surrounding SPACE STATION 76.
